Introduction

Great for breakfast or dinner. You choose the filling. Can be made ahead of time. May be frozen for use next month. Place a piece of wax paper between each crepe and place in freezer bag. Ingredients

    1/2 cup Wheat flour
    1/2 cup Flour white
    1/4 cup Flour oat
    4 Eggs
    1 3/4 cup Milk, 1%
    1/4 cup Butter
    1/2 tsp Salt

Tips

For breakfast fill with fruit, fruit compote and cream cheese and serve with a dusting of powder sugar........
Foe dinner make a mixture of crab, parmesan cheese, ricota cheese and seasonings and serve with a beshamel sauce.


Directions

Sift dry ingredients together and place a side. Mix together eggs and milk, add melted butter and dry ingredients slowly.Let stand one hour. Heat a small skillet coated with a small amount of butter. Pour a tin layer evenly and cook until you see bubbles or until done, flip and cook another minute or until done.
