Ingredients

    1/4 cup flour
    2 tblsp cornmeal
    2 oz orange juice
    1 tblsp.honey
    1 tblsp. pancake syrup
    1/2 large banaba, sliced
    1/4 cup blueberries
    1/4 cup pecans, toasted
    ground cinnamon (if desired)

Directions

Mix flour, cornmeal, orange juice and cook in nonstick pan. Add fruit, honey, syrup, and pecans on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
