Ingredients

    1 banana
    8 strawberries
    1 apple
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1 cup silk milk (or any other milk)
    1 cup ice

Tips

I split this into 2 thermoses and take with me and drink one in the morning and the other through out the day.


Directions

put all ingregdients in blender and blend/puree until smooth.
