    1/2 cup olive oil (preferabley evoo)
    2 garlic cloves
    1 large egg
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons fresh flat parsley

    -blend garlic, egg, lemon juice and parsley in blender until smooth
    -very slowly add olive oil to emulsify and thicken
    ENJOY!!
