Ingredients

    -1 whole egg
    -2T skim milk
    -1t minced garlic
    -1/4t ground thyme
    -1/4C diced onions
    -1/4C diced red pepper
    -3T quinoa, cooked
    -salt, pepper

Tips

top it with cheese and salsa and its Yummy :)


Directions

Mix it all together into a ramekin and Bake at 350 for ~40 minutes. when its firm its ready
