Introduction

this is a delicious light lunch or first course for a dinner party that I got from epicurious. I prefer balsamic vinegar to red wine vinegar in the original recipe however you're welcome to try it. I also used the clementines because they are easy to peel and segment. This is very good for sweet/salty/sour cravings. this is a delicious light lunch or first course for a dinner party that I got from epicurious.
