Ingredients

    1/4 cup honey
    1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
minced garlic - to taste. I used about a tablespoon.
    1 shallot - thinly sliced
    dash worcestershire sauce
1 lb boneless, center cut pork chops

Directions

Thinly slice shallots. Saute in non-stick pan sprayed with Pam till tender, not browned.

Whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar & garlic. Set aside. **I used 1/3 cup vinegar. The recipe builder would only calculate tablespoons.

Add chops & brown till almost cooked through.

Add honey mixture to pan & simmer till sauce slightly reduced & chops are cooked through.
