Introduction

Super easy salad dressing, that can be made to fit any taste Super easy salad dressing, that can be made to fit any taste
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 tbsp of Dijon Mustard
    4 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar (Instead of Apple Cider Vinegar you can use lemon or lime juice)
    1/2 cup olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste

    You can also add minced garlic, minced onions, any kind of homegrown fresh herb that you like, such as: oregano, basil, parsley, etc. Also if you add 1/4 cup non-fat yogurt you can use the mixture instead of mayonnaise.


Directions


Just mix the Dijon mustard and the vinegar (or lemon or lime juice), then slowly whisk in the olive oil. Then you can add in whatever other ingredient you want.

Serving Size: A serving is 2 tbsp
