Introduction

To use up those mushy bananas and keep them tasting delicious! To use up those mushy bananas and keep them tasting delicious!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 mushy bananas
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1/3 cup milk
    1 tsp brown sugar
    3 eggs yolks
    12-15 vanilla wafers
    3 egg whites

Directions

In a bowl, combine the granulated sugar, egg yolks, and milk. Blend until smooth on high speed. In the pan, spray with cooking spray, then place cookies in bottom to cover and add mixture. Now add brown sugar. Next, add more cookies on top layer. Then beat eggs until a soft peak forms(turns white and fluffy) and spoon onto of cookies to form a meringue. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!
Makes 4-6 servings.
