2 (14-16oz blocks) firm tofu drained and cubed
3 (15oz) cans black beans with juice
2 (14.5oz) cans stewed tomatoes Italian style w/ juice
1 cup mild salsa
2 (4.5oz) can chopped green chilles drained
Directions
In a large skillet or dutch oven, saute onion in oil over medium heat
Add cubed tofu and remaining ingredients, Cook over medical-low heat for 30 minutes (covered)
