Introduction

Stevia sweetened Stevia sweetened

Ingredients

    Quick Oats
    2/3 C whole or slice almonds
    1/4 C flax seeds
    2 ripe bananas
    2/3 C fruit juice (apple, pineapple, apple strawberry etc.)
    1/2 t stevia powder
    1 t vanilla
    1/4 t salt
    1/2 C raisins (optional)


Tips

Waking up to the smell of slow baked granola is wonderful. If you have a convection oven, 185' for 6 hours may be sufficient. If your wieight is fine, add 1/2 C unsweetened coconut to the dry ingredients, you can add sunflower seeds, cashews instead of almonds.


Directions

Mix first 2 dry ingredients. Blend banana, juice, vanilla,stevia, salt. Pour over dry ingredients, mix well. Spread on a big cookie sheet. Bake at 175. 7-9 hours or overnight is excellent, till it is real dry.
Take it out of the oven in the morning, sprinkle the raisins on it. Cool and put it into a cereal tupperware.
