Introduction

Ingredients

    Turkey Chunks, 2.5 cup (2 cans drained)
    cream of chicken soup, 3 cup (2 cans)
    Celery, raw, 9 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Carrots, raw, 10 medium
    *Pasta - Penne Rigate (DaVinci), (one blue bag)
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    *Western Family Stuffing Mix Chicken (6 servings package), (dry)
    Hot water to desired casserole consistency.

Tips

ADD more veggies, this recipe is very flexible.


Directions

cook the noodles and the sliced carrots together as directed on noodle package. At the same time in another pan cook the celery until tender, add the drained turkey chunks, soup and milk. Cook until hot. When noodles and carrots are cooked drain and add to the soup mixture, mix well. Place in LARGE oven safe pan spread dry stuffing mixture over top of casserole. bake in 350 degree oven for 15 min, until stuffing is toasted.
