Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1/2 C skim milk
    1/2 C self raising flour
    60g Grated cheese
    125g chopped bacon

Tips

Other vegetables such as onion, zucchini, spinich, silverbeet, carrot e.t.c can also be added.


Directions

preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Spray a quice dish and line with bakin paper.

Whisk the eggs, milk, and flour into a bowl until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

Spoon mixture into prepared dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set and golden.
