A delicious and super-easy vegan chili! Just throw it in the crockpot in the morning, and it's ready to eat that night. A delicious and super-easy vegan chili! Just throw it in the crockpot in the morning, and it's ready to eat that night.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can black beans.
    1 can Bush's chili beans.
    1 can chickpeas.
    1 cup textured vegetable protein.
    2 tbsp nutritional yeast.
    Taco seasoning to taste.
    2 cups water

    I also threw in about two tablespoons of Frank's Red Hot.

Directions

Throw everything in the crock pot, cover it, stick it on high, and let it sit for at least an hour (longer if you like). Serve whenever you like!
