Ingredients

    1 cup white flour
    1/2 cup wheat flour
    1/2 cup quick cooking oats
    4tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1egg white
    1/2 cup yogurt
    1 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup oil
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/3 cup crasins
    2 grated apples

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Mix eggs, yogurt, milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Add chopped nuts and grated apples. Spray grittle and cook 2-3 minutes on each side.
