Ingredients

    Pita break, whole wheat - 1 small
    Hummus (regular) - 1 tbsp
    Iceberg lettuce, shredded - .25 cup
    Tomatoes, chopped - .25 cup
    Green peppers, chopped - 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, chopped - approx. 2 tsp
    Greek salad dressing - 2 tsp
    Cucumbers, chopped - .25 cup
    Feta cheese, crumbled - 2 tbsp

Directions

Spread hummus on pita bread. Mix all other ingredients together and top pita with mixture. Fold pita bread in half and serve as pita "sandwich."
