Introduction

Ingredients

    1 box of Barilla Whole Grain Penne Pasta
    1 Chicken breast chopped
    3 cups broccolii
    3 cups string beans
    3 cups Portobello Mushrooms
    2 tbl Stir fry sauce
    2 tbl balsamic vinegar
    3 packets Light string Mozzerella cheese
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    2 tbl Olive oil

Directions

Boil penne noodles, drain. Partially steam the vegetables. Put Olive oil in wok, stir fry the chicken, slice and add the mushrooms and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Add in the stir fry sauce, balsamic vinegar and continue cooking. Add on the vegetables and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Turn off heat and let sit for about 5 minutes. String the cheese and mix into stir fry. Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
