Ingredients

    2lbs. beef chuck, cut into small cubes
    2 large carrots
    4 stalks celery
    1 med. onion
    1/2 cup cabbage
    2 cups water

Tips

There are no potatoes in this recipe because I'm trying to cut back on them. I serve them on the side instead.


Directions

Sear beef cubes; slice vegetables.
Add everything to slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on low setting.
Use cornstarch for gravy if desired.
