Ingredients

    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 7 small whole (2-2/5" dia)
    *Ancient Harvest Traditional Quinoa veggie curls, 5 ounces dry
    Imitation Alaskan King Crab, 16 oz
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 4 oz
    Fennel, 2 cup, sliced
    Celery, raw, 1.5 cup, diced
    Cucumber (peeled), 3 cup, pared, chopped
    2 TBSP white vinger
    dash of Worcestersire sauce
    2 TSP terragon
    TBSP of Sugar of sugar sub.

Directions

Boil, peel and chop tomatoes and add to the yogurt, white vinger, worcestersire sauce, sugar and tarragon. This is the dressing.
Cook and cool pasta.
Add veggies and crab.
Refrig overnight before serving.
