Introduction

Ingredients

    1 16oz package 365 Organic Whole Wheat Pasta
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Med Onion (chopped)
    1 Green Pepper (diced)
    1 lb Ground Buffalo
    7 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
    1 Jar 365 Garden Vegetable Pasta Sauce
    Dried Italian Herbs
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Boil Spaghetti noodles per package directions, drain.
Heat Olive Oil in 12" skillet and cook onions and peppers until soft, remove from pan and set aside.
Add Ground Buffalo to skillet and cook until browned through (about 10 min).
Add cooked onions and peppers, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper and cook about 3 minutes.
Add Pasta Sauce and heat through.
Serve sauce over cooked pasta.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings (about 1 cup each serving)
