Ingredients

    4 cups cooked brown rice
    1 pound extra lean ground meat
    12 cups chopped cabbage
    1 28oz can Snow floss diced tomatoes
    salt & pepper to taste

Tips

tastes very good with mashed cauliflower / potatoes
can add extra tomato sauce if desired.
Can also use any brand of plain tomatoes.
I also used home canned whole tomatoes.


Directions

crumble ground meat into bottom of crock pot. Mix in cooked brown rice. Top with cabbage. Top with tomatoes. Cook on low in crock pot for 4-5 hours
