Ingredients

    2 c iceberg lettuce, torn into bite size pcs
    1/2 c raw cauliflowerets
    1/2 c frozen peas, thawed
    2 med slices red onion
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    2 pcs. crisp crumbled bacon
    3 Tbsp mayonnaise
    10 drops liquid Splenda

Tips

This salad does better made in advance as the flavors blend


Directions

layer all ingredients; top with mayonnaise, drop liquid Splenda onto mayonnaise, stir together. Toss salad just before serving
