Ingredients

    2 small potatoes
    7-inch sweet potato
    1 medium onion sliced
    2 Tbsp. Olive oil
    1/2 tsp. Weber Chicago Steak Seasoning

Directions

Preheat skillet over medium heat. Spray skillet with pan spray. Add onion and drizzle about half of the olive oil over it. Meanwhile scrub potatoes and place in microwave and cook for about 3 minutes or until almost done. Dice and add to onions. Peel sweet potato and microwave also for 3 minutes. Dice and add to skillet. Season with Steak seasoning and chili powder
