Ingredients

Kale, 6 cup, chopped
Avocados, 2 fruit without skin and seeds
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole
Onions, raw, 1/2 of med onion
Lime Juice, 1 lime yields
Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp
Chili Pepper, 2 peppers
Ground Cumin, 1 tbsp
Stevia, 1 tsp
Sea Salt, 1 tsp
Tips
Putting this mixture in the oven with a little bit of olive oil and garlic is like absolute heaven. Try it!
Directions
1. Wash your produce. Dry.
2. Chop time! Dice tomatoes, slice onions into thin crescents, chop cilantro finely, chili peppers, cut limes, gut out avocado and chop kale into thin strips.
3. Combine all ingredients besides tomato and kale. Start mashing until you get a smooth guacamole texture. Depending on how ripe your avocado is, it may be a little chunky but whatever it's DELICIOUS.
4. Blend in kale and tomatoes. Mix.
5. Adjust with black pepper and sea salt. EAT.
6. SO GOOD.

Just had this salad & it's delicious! I left out the stevia, partially because I don't really use stevia anyway & partially because it didn't say when I should add it. Also, I added extra cilantro and cumin..just because I love the flavor of both. Next time I'll dice the onion instead of slicing. - 1/10/12
