Pumpkin, cooked, 1 cup, mashed (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup (remove)
Brown Sugar, 0.5 cup, packed (remove)
Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
*Canola Oil, 0.25 cup (remove)
*Flour, white, 1.5 cup (remove)
Baking Powder, 0.75 tsp (remove)
Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp (remove)
Cloves, ground, 0.5 tsp (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Nutmeg, ground, 0.5 tsp (remove)
Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)
*Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 8 oz (remove)
*Chopped Pecans, 0.25 cup (remove)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
mix in bowl: sugar(s), oil, and eggs.
Add pumpkin
In separate bowl mix all dry ingredients together
slowly add to wet mixture and blend well between dumpings.
fold in chocolate chips and pecans
spoon into muffin pan.
There should be enough to just about fill each cup
Bake for 20-25 min
