Ingredients

1 8oz loaf of bakery baguette or italian bread
4 tbsp. light butter
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp salt, or to taste
1 tsp pepper or to taste
1 tbsp dried parsley
Tips
If you want a crisper crustier bread, broil the top for the last few min.
Be careful not to burn the garlic and pasley. If your oven is known to run on the hotter side, you may want to add the garlic and parsey a few minutes into the cooking time.
For an even more garlicky bread, add about 1 tsp of garlic powder, distributed evenly on the bread.
Directions
Cut bread loaf in half and then slice each half down the center to make 4 equal size portions.
Spread 1 tbsp lt. butter evenly on to each quarter of bread.
Distribute garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley eveny between each bread quarter. Place on baking sheet (or broiler pan).
