Introduction

A crust-less pizza with ground pork (or turkey) and fresh veggies. A crust-less pizza with ground pork (or turkey) and fresh veggies.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb ground pork (or turkey)
    3/4 c Spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c (1 oz) Mozzarella cheese part skim milk
    1/2 c bell peppers chopped
    1/4 c minced onion
    1 whole tomato (medium)
    1 TBSP oregano
    1 TBSP basil
    2 tsp garlic
    what ever other herbs and spices you want

Tips

seasonings and veggies can be changed up for preference.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
put meat into pie plate and add seasoning - cook until meat is done (about 20 minutes)(you may have to drain) - if using turkey you will have to oil pan to add some fat to keep meat from burning
when meat is done add veggies the more the merrier with those
Sprinkle cheese on pizza and return to oven to melt. Enjoy
