Ingredients

    1 turkey carcass or turkey breast carcass
    4 qt water
    1 tsp marjoram
    2 bay leaves
    4 celery stalks chopped
    2 onions chopped
    1 tsp salt
    3 cups cooked turkey
    4 cups cooked barilla plus penne
    1 bag mixed vegetables

Directions

Place turkey carcass in slow cooker. Cover with 4 qt water. Put in marjoram, bay leaves, salt, celery and onions. Cook in slow cooker on low for 7 hours. Strain soup. Remove and dispose of celery, onions and bones. Chop up any large pieces of meat and place back in slow cooker. Add the 3 cups cooked turkey, pasta and bag of mixed vegetables and cook on high for 1 hour.

Serving Size: Makes 20 1 cup servings
