Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1 pound ground pork sausage
    2 cans Hot Rotel Tomatoes
    2 cans Chili Style Diced Tomatoes
    2 cans Mexican Style Stewed Tomatoes
    2 packets Hot Chili Seasoning (McCormick's )

Tips

Serve over Fritos or rice if you eat carbs. Cover with cheese and/or sour cream to make it really delicious!


Directions

Brown ground beef and sausage in a large skillet. Drain off fat. Add all tomatoes and chili seasoning into the skillet and stir. Cover and let simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes a big pot - maybe 12 Texas size bowls.
