Ingredients

    3 eggs
    3/4 c milk
    2 1/2 c buttermilk
    3 tbsp butter, melted
    1 1/2 c wheat flour
    1 c all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar

Tips

I add lemon juice(1 tbsp or so) to the 2 1/2 c milk and allow to sit. This is my buttermilk.
Adjust flour as necessary for preferred consistency.


Directions

Mix and make on preheated, sprayed griddle.
Use 1 c measuring cup for pouring batter.

Serving Size: makes 12 7-inch pancakes
