Ingredients

    2 packages Tasty Bite Madras Lentils
    2 packages Tasty Bite Basmatie Rice
    1 can Kirkland Roast Beef, do not drain
    1 cup chopped cauliflower
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped broccoli

Directions

Roughly cut veggies, I like big chunks and sautee until crisp tender. Use a tablespoon of water to sautee if you dont want to use cooking spray. Add roast beef and lentils and heat through. Rice can be heated in microwave without removing from package. Divide rice and beef mixture into 4 servings.
