Ingredients

3/4 Lb Sea Scallops (6 Large)
black pepper
1/4 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 t Corn Starch
1/8 t Red Pepper Flakes
2 cloves Garlic minces
1/2 t Sugar
1T Olive Oil
1 1/2 t Rice Vinegar
1/2 t Sesame Oil
Tips
Can be served over, rice, cellophane noodles or with vegetarian lo mien.
Directions
In a small bowl whisk together the Soy Sauce, corn starch, red pepper flakes, garlic, sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
Use Non-stick fry pan, Heat Olive oil in pan on Medium High, add the sea scallops and sprinkle black pepper on top, cook until golden brown on bottom, about two minutes, turn over with a spatula and cook for about two minutes more. Pour Sauce over scallops and simmer for about another two minutes until sauce is thickened and scallops are cooked through.
