1 9" frozen pie crust
4 cups frozen rhubarb
1 1/2 cups splenda
1/4 cup flour
1 large egg
1/2 cup egg substitute
3 tbsp fat free half n half
1 tsp nutmeg
Tips
pre heat oven to 400 degrees. bake pie for 15 minutes. reduce oven to 350 and bake for another 20 to 30 minutes. until knife insterted in center comes out clean
Directions
let pie come to room temp.
measure out rhubarb and place in a mixing bowl.
in another mixing bowl combine the egg and egg substitute and half n half. beat together. add splenda and nutmeg. stir again. finally add the flour and stir. pour mixture over rhubarb and stir together. pour into pie crust.
