Ingredients

    1 cup cooked brown rice, preferably short grain
    1 large egg + 1 large egg white
    1 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 Tbsp whole wheat pastry flour
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp sucanat
    dash of salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Pour into two greased ramekins and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
