Ingredients

    1- 6oz can very low sodium tuna
    2 tablespoons of low-fat mayo
    1/2 cup chopped fresh red pepper
    1/2 cup carrots (calls for celery but I hate celery)
    dash ground black pepper

    Mix all ingredients together, can add boiled egg for more protien but will increas amount of choloesterol,

    2 servings- 142 calories, 21g of protein, 1.5g carbs, 6g fat,
