    6 carrots (cut in chunks)
    1 onion (diced)
    4 celery (diced)
    2 lbs stew meat
    1 cup tomato juice
    1 tblsp sugar
    2 tblsp tapioca pearls
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Preheat oven for 250. cook for 5 hrs
