Ingredients

    2 pound stewing beef
    8 cups potatoes
    2 cups carrots
    1 cup celery
    2 cups onions
    2 cups no sodium beef broth
    1 package Club House beef stew seasoning mix
    1.3 cups water (for seasoning mix)
    Flour (to coat beef)
    Oil (for frypan frypan)

Directions

Cut up beef into small chunks and coat with flour.
Fry beef until they are blackened on the outside.
Mix all ingredients and slow cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
