Ingredients

    1 qt Homemade Beef Broth
    1 14.5 oz can of Fire Roasted Tomatoes Diced
    8 oz diced beef from broth making
    2 carrots chopped
    1 cup of green beans chopped (I used blanched frozen)
    1 celery rib sliced thin
    2 oz of spatzle (egg noodles)
    1/2 small onion
    2 Tbs chopped Black Radish
    1 Bay Leaf
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp allspice
    1 tsp marjoram
    sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Bring Broth to boil,
Add everything else bring to slow boil, and simmer 10 to 15 minutes

Serving Size: makes 4 1.5 cup servings
