Ingredients

    12 whole eggs
    3 additional egg whites
    1/3 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese
    2 servings jimmy dean turkey sausage crumbles

Directions

Spray cup cake pan very well with cooking spray. Beat 9 whole eggs and two additonal egg whites together. Add milk, cheese, turkey sausage and mix well. Pour into cup cake pan. Bake at 350 for 18 - 21 minutes or until set. Can store in refrigerator and heat in morning for a quick breakfast.
