Introduction

Number of Servings: 66

Ingredients

    2 cups graham crackers crushed
    2 cups chopped pecans
    2 cups confectioners sugar
    2 cups chunky peanut butter
    1/2 cup softened butter

    Coat with
    2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
    2 T shortening

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients together till consistent. roll into 1 in balls. Refrigerate till firm. Melt chocolate and shortening in double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate cool.

    the only ingredient good for you is the protein in the peanut butter, I will avoid this one. If you want to call this one healthy remake it into a healthy version. Keep up the healthy eating all :O) - 1/15/08
