Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pound of ground turkey 93/7
    1 can fat free chicken broth
    1 can Rotel, mild
    1 can fire roasted tomatos
    1 can corn, no salt
    1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
    1 can pinto beans, rinsed & drained
    1 can Northern white beans rinsed & drained
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    1 - 8 oz jar mild salsa

Directions

Brown the turkey. Drain and rinse all the beans. Pour all ingredients in either a crockpot or soup stock kettle. Cook for 1-2 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 7-2 cups servings.
