Ingredients

    3 Medium Squash
    1 Onion
    1lb Ground Turkey
    3 tblsp Chili Powder
    2 tbls ground cumin
    1 can diced tomatoes
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Brown meat throughly and drain grease.
Cut squash into 1/4 inch medallions
Slice onion into thin strips
After meat is browned and drained add all ingriedients and let simmer for about 30 minutes until sqash is tender.

    Very tasty! Filling and good for me. Yay! I figured deer was a typo and I used ground beef. The next time I make it I will add green pepper or some other mild pepper. This appeals to the whole family. - 8/15/07

    This sounds yummy but I will probably use pork or beef in place of the deer (never had it before). What kind of squash do you use, summer? Spaghetti? - 8/9/07
