Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 lg onion chopped
    2 cans rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles
    1 can sliced olives
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    2 pkgs. old el paso less sodium taco seasoning mix
    2.5 cups water

Tips

Good topped with no fat sour cream or shredded cheese.
Recipe calls for corn, I prefer using corn tortillas. I bet green pepper would be a welcome addition.


Directions

brown ground beef and onion. add remaing ingredients and simmer for 25 minutes. Serve with sliced corn tortilla strips.
