Ingredients

    4 cups shredded cheese
    1 cup milk
    1 TBSP butter or margarine
    1 pound cooked noodles
    flour for thickening
    1 block mozzarella cheese

Directions

Boil the noodles until they are tender; drain the water. Set aside for later use. Melt the butter and half of the milk in a saucepan on low heat. Slowly add the shredded cheese until it makes a nice roux (about 10 minutes or so). Add the rest of the milk, and some flour for thickening. Slice the mozzarella cheese into slices; line the bottom of a 9x12 pan with the slices. Pour the noodles over the mozzarella, and then pour the cheese sauce over the noodles. Top with any remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
