Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

1 can (20 oz) Delmont Crushed pineapple (in it's own juice), drained
1 can (11 oz.) Flavorite Mandarin Oranges, drained and chopped
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro (or 1/4 tsp. dried cilantro)
4-5 dashes Tobasco (more or less to taste)
1 Tbsp. lime juice (juice from 1/2 lime)

Directions

Drain pineapple and mandarin oranges. Chop onion (I used red onion). Mix all together in medium bowl. Add cilantro, hot sauce to taste, and lime juice. Pour into serving bowl. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving so flavors have an opportunity to blend together.
