    *Ground turkey breast Extra Lean (Jennio-o), 16 oz
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 large
    Leeks, 1 leek
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 cup
    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, large can
    *mc cormick beef stew mix 8 serving
    Water, tap, 3 cups


Add other vegetables you have on hand, such as diced potatoes, peas, or green beans. not included in nutritional analysis.


Brown the ground turkey, pour off liquid. In a crockpot, place the ground turkey and all of the chopped vegetables. Add the can of tomatoes, water, and beef stew mix. Stir. Cook 4-6 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low.
