Introduction

Quick easy buns that can be used for sandwich buns or you can make them smaller or not! and use them as dinner rolls. Very tasty and delishious! Never run out to buy burger buns again! Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup warm water
    2 Tablespoons yeast
    1/3 cup oil
    2 Tablespoons honey
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 egg
    3 1/2 cups Whole Wheat flour


Directions

Sprinkle yeast into water. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well, kneading just for a few minutes. Roll out to 3/4 inch thick and cut into 3 inch rounds. Cover and let rise for 10 minutes. bake for 10 minutes @ 450 degrees on a greased pan or baking stone.
