1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder,
6 strawberries,
1/2 c. frozen banana,
2 Tbsp. ground flax
5 grams ground chia seed
1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. spinach
1/2 c. kale
Tips
If you're new to making smoothies, put it in a favorite glass, tumbler or ? and enjoy a refreshing yet tasty treat. The first time I added spinach to mine, I put it in a fancy wine glass, just for fun. Mmm...mmm...mmm!
Directions
You can add all the ingredients in any order that you prefer. Mix in your favorite blender or food processor. Changing the order of the ingredients adds to the enjoyment.
