Ingredients

    Cook 1 box of quinoa (two cups dry)
    1 T olive oil
    1 T butter
    1 red pepper chopped
    1 cup chopped onion
    4 cloves garlic chopped
    1 carrot chopped
    2 stalks celery chopped
    1 tsp Knorr homestyle stock concentrate Chicken
    Mrs Dash to taste

    Sautee vegetables in olive oil and butter. Add to cooked Quinoa that has been cooked in the broth.

Directions

Serving Size: 1 cup

Cook Quinoa according to package directions adding the Knorr chicken stock.

Sautee vegetables in olive oil/butter until tender. When Quinoa is cooked add vegetables and mix.
