Introduction

This is very light and delicious. I had a homemade pizza breadstick with it. This is very light and delicious. I had a homemade pizza breadstick with it.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    6 cups of hot water
    5 tsp of chicken bouillon
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 oz of whole Grain Thin Spaghetti (barilla) Like Angel hair
    1 cup of thinly diced carrots
    1 1/2 cups of chopped mushrooms
    1 cup thinly diced celery
    1 egg beat with
    2 egg whites

Directions

On Stovetop bring water to boil in medium sauce pan with first 3 ingredients mixed in.

Put the Spaghetti in for a minute then add rest of ingredients for an additional 2 minutes. Make sure to stir the eggs in so it gets evenly distributed. Enjoy!
